Set notifications so you are alerted if any of the following events happen:
- A customer enters the gate
- A unit door opens or closes
- A unit door alarm alarm is triggered
- When an invalid Pin number is entered at the gate.
secCloud offers a turnkey solution for your self storage facility.
From project planning through to installation and service the team at secVision Networks will be with you all the way. You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will look after the design and installation of the Self storage access control security system. Communicating with you, your site manager and other stakeholders throughout the project. Full training on the systems will be provided along with ongoing support from our dedicated service team and security operations centre staff.
How it works
You enter the customer details in Storman Cloud including the agreement, units, PIN number and schedule. The details required are sent to secCloud in real time and the customer can gain access. No more double handling of information. You will not need to use secCloud once the integration is live as you can do the following in Storman and it will transfer and update secCloud:
- Create a new agreement and customer
- Move the customer into 2 units
- Update Pin numbers
- Deny access
- Re-grant access
- Change the schedule
- Close the agreement and move out
- Create and manage staff PINs or access control cards
