This video shows a client running Time & Attendance from the door readers into and out of their office area. Staff swipe their access control card on the door reader to open the door. The system then tracks their movement.
Tracking attendance can help you see the hours that employees are onsite, or to track contractors visiting site. These statistics are often used by management to determine workforce demand or to help forecast sales predictions.
We have shown this client how to filter their reporting to easily obtain the tracking information. Their reports can be emailed direct from the secCloud software in PDF or CSV format. They can also schedule reports to run automatically, such as end of month reports for payroll.
